I joined Ignite Advisory Group as a Senior Consultant in 2022 upon retiring after almost 40 years in the telecom industry. At AT&T, I held leadership positions in marketing, finance, sales, international ventures, network operations, and multi-media production. I have consulted with hundreds of clients helping to propel their success through the application of leading-edge communications technologies. I was AT&T’s first certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and for years many directed several of AT&T’s key customer advisory boards. Throughout my career, I have volunteered time in the community--elected as Chairman of the World Trade Center of San Diego in the 1990’s, and served in many other organizations as diverse as the Boy Scouts, the University of California at San Diego, the Western Maquila Trade Association, the Project Management Institute, and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I have a warm affinity with Latin America having lived in Argentina and focused much of my career south of the border. I continue, post-retirement, coordinating humanitarian and environmental efforts in Mexico.I live with my wife, Laurie, in Encinitas, CA, where we raised five children and are now the proud grandparents of thirteen.
