- Provide classroom instruction to future GCSS-MC users using Mobile Training Suite(MTS) equipment.- Act as the bridge between legacy system users and the GCSS-MC production environmentthrough classroom instruction, over-the-shoulder training, and personal interaction.- Ensure knowledge transference of GCSS-MC terms and processes from the legacy systemsof SASSY and MIMMS by evaluating each student through interaction and practicalapplication.- Identify, catalog, and forward curriculum deficiencies and refinement recommendationsto the lead instructor.- Support and assist unit GCSS-MC implementation efforts and the GCSS-MC cutover teamsas required with GCSS-MC functionality, techniques, and process fundamentals through onsite over-the-shoulder training and remediation
