Integrated Environmental Solutions, LLC is a small woman-owned business that specializes in providing natural and cultural resource planning services, ecological restoration and revegetation, NEPA documentation, and historic preservation/rehabilitation. IES is headquartered in McKinney, Texas, but in Q4 2018 opened a satellite office in Waco, which I serve as the Area Manager for. Through my career, I have worked under contract and in coordination with numerous political subdivisions, federal agencies, and private sector clients to provide assistance in navigating the obstacles surrounding cultural resources and the requirements to comply with state and federal regulations. As the Cultural Resources Department Director, I am responsible for the growth and development of the cultural resources sector of IES. On a daily basis I provide guidance and direction to my staff, ensure our project goals are tailored to the specific needs of the client and project, conduct business development and marketing, coordinate with state and federal agencies, provide presentations to stakeholders, coordinate with clientele, and perform any other task needed to get the job gets done quickly, accurately, and under budget. My cultural resources team is most frequently tasked to rapidly conduct archeological and architectural surveys and report preparation for clients needing to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations throughout Texas and Oklahoma. However, we also specialize in more complex and technical services including historic tax credit programs, historic building rehabilitation, geophysical remote sensing, photogrammetry, drone operation, archival research, interpretive signage, and archeological testing/excavation.
