A proud Hispanic-American, I am a creative leader with an uncanny ability to find that sweet spot of ideas powerful enough to move the client’s business forward and creative enough to win major awards. My passion is hiring and nurturing the next generation of creative leaders, then carving a path for them to have extraordinary careers.
