Primary emphasis is designing and ensuring stability of infrastructure, systems, and applications to guarantee timely delivery of invoices.• Refine strategies to improve governance and accountability at both the process and functional levels. Implementation of a new performance measurement system expected to allow tracking of measures, and population of dashboards. This will permit the linking of measures with strategies and only track those measures that are commitment impacting. Linking multiple measures in a drill-down or cause-and-effect structure, makes measures personal by linking targets and results to individuals.• Promote policy, repeatable processes, and consistent governance. Policy areas include process mapping, improvement opportunities, business continuity/disaster recovery, process tools, incident & problem management, documentation management, organizational roles & responsibilities, and employee development.• Chair person for the hardware acquisition disaster recovery team.• Coordinate and practice disaster recovery scenarios.• Review results of the disaster recovery practiced disaster recovery scenarios.• Modify disaster recovery plans as the production environment/technical specifications change.• Duties included managing a staff of up to 16 specialists, 2 supervisors, 3 vendors.
