Robert (Rob) Alber is a Technical Development Manager at PCR. He is in charge of development for PCR-360 and manages a team of developers. PCR-360 is an IT/Telecommunications Management tool and the flagship product for PCR.Rob's work history includes management and technical experience that allowed him to succeed and excel at PCR. He started in May 2007 as a Programmer I and quickly moved to Programmer II and then to Systems Analyst, Group Manager, and Technical Development Manager.In the first couple of years at PCR, Rob worked on legacy applications developing a new standard Web front-end in PHP. These projects provided the experience that proved to be invaluable exposure, helping to lay the groundwork for PCR-360. When development for PCR-360 started, Rob was leading the charge in determining the development language and platform, and he was the only developer on the project for several months.Rob serves as the go-to technical resource for PCR-360 in sales and with current customers, manages the development of new features, and plan, organize, and present at the annual Users Conference.• Dynamic and brave leadership skills.
