As a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer, I applied my skills in C#, SQL, Server, Selenium and CodedUI testing frameworks to create and maintain automation tests for the company’s healthcare administration software. In addition, I helped build and maintain the CI/CD pipelines for building and deploying software.

As an Office Services Representative, I performed various roles with other team members including processing and sorting incoming dental claims, scanning x-rays using a high speed flat bed scanner, folding and mailing checks, returning x-rays to the correct sender, and other various sorting of paperwork.

My variety of duties included documenting different company processes and equipment to the team Wiki page, assisting team members in installing and cabling different switches, and learning how to use Cisco routers and switches.

My duties included installing the newest version of Microsoft Office to 75 - 100 different users, setting up and taking down new/terminated employees workstations, and other various tasks.
