As Campaign Manager at NC State AFL-CIO, I lead grassroots campaigns and organizing efforts to advance the rights and interests of working people in North Carolina. I trained and mobilized volunteers and paid staff; coordinated with local unions and community partners; and developed and implemented campaign strategies and tactics.I have four years of experience as a Field Director and organizer, working on various political and advocacy campaigns across the country. I helped deliver historic victories for candidates and causes, such as Senator Raphael Warnock in Georgia, and Working America AFL-CIO, where I launched and managed 60-100 shifts per day. I am also a New Leaders Council Fellow, a prestigious leadership development program for progressive professionals and activists.My background in filmmaking, teaching, and travel has given me a unique perspective and skill set that I apply to my work. I am a creative storyteller, a passionate educator, and a curious learner. I enjoy collaborating with diverse and dynamic teams, solving problems, and driving positive change.
