With over 15 years of work experience in media and education, I am passionate about creating and implementing strategic plans that align with the mission and vision of the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA ProRodeo). I have a Doctor of Education degree in Educational Leadership, and a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction: Secondary Reading. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as a former real estate broker, a public relations and organizational communication specialist, and a volunteer for various nonprofit organizations.As the Manager of Business Development & TV Programming, I am responsible for developing and executing long-term and short-term strategies for the company, overseeing the budget and financial performance, managing key stakeholder relationships, and leading cross-functional teams. I leverage my skills in team building, social media, and nonprofit organizations to enhance the company's brand awareness, audience engagement, and social impact. I am proud of the achievements that we have accomplished together, such as securing major sponsors, launching a significant project to expand our digital presence, and increasing the broadcast of rodeo and western sports around the globe.
