I am responsible for all sales, service and supervisory operations for our organization. I, along with our Managing Directors, create the vision for long-term growth, and set priorities for the organization. In addition, I help people who are ready for financial independence, want to be their own boss and make a positive impact on people's lives. Milwaukee, Wisconsin

I was given the opportunity to join our company’s corporate headquarters in Milwaukee as the Assistant Regional Director where I worked with the executive leadership team across fifty network offices in the country. I consulted with them and with teams at our corporate offices to implement strategies and ideas to the field.

In my first year in the business, I was honored as the New Financial Representative of the Year with the Meier Agency. In a quick year and a half, I began my involvement in leadership and was appointed to Managing Director of a new district office in 2003.
