Quality Assurance Manager for a large, high-volume window and door manufacturing facility comprised of 33 production lines and over 700 employees. Experienced in plant special projects and critical customer care solutions including inspecting and troubleshooting critical service cases in the field to protect against litigation, fraud and excessive costs.
