At the age of 18, I moved from the Philippines to the United States, starting a journey that led me to become a Navy SEAL. That path was anything but easy, but it shaped who I am today. From humble beginnings to leading teams in some of the most high-stakes environments imaginable, my career has been defined by resilience, growth, and a refusal to quit.I've deployed multiple times around the world, leading teams in both combat and strategic operations. These experiences taught me the true value of leadership, teamwork, and perseverance. Over time, I’ve found that my real fulfillment comes from helping others grow—whether it’s guiding teams through challenging missions or mentoring the next generation of leaders.As I transition to the private sector in 2025, I'm ready to bring these lessons into new spaces. I’m focused on helping organizations and individuals reach their full potential through executive leadership, mentorship, and consulting. I believe in building ethical, resilient cultures where people can thrive and do their best work.Personally, I recently married my incredible wife, who has been the greatest blessing in my life.
