• Continued as lead Maximo analyst/developer under new company ownership.

• Migrated the former Novartis Diagnostics Emeryville location's Maximo system into the Grifols environment, then added a new site to that environment several years later.
• Developed enhancements to Maximo designed to assist the business in a gradual shift to running Maximo paperlessly through laptops and Panasonic Toughbook tablets. Among these changes was a job plan workflow to enable.
• Led development of a java extension conversion into an Oracle view registered in Maximo.

• Worked with EAM implementation contractor for transition to IBM Maximo under the new company ownership. Knowledge transfer completed and began working independently within nine months after Maximo go-live.
• Participated in, developed, or led development on over one thousand fixes and enhancements for Maximo.
• Developed "Item Request" functionality that included a new application for engineers, planners, and maintenance technicians to enter new item masters and follow them as they go through the ensuing new workflow process..
• Wrapped workflow around all work order status changes, complete with data checks to enforce business rules and email notifications.
• Set up and configured the Maximo Enterprise Adapter for dataloading of large projects through spreadsheets.
• Led and participated in the technical team for a Maximo v6.0.4 to v7.1.1.6 upgrade.

• Continued to work with subject matter experts in Clayton and Berkeley to continue enhancing their maintenance management systems, now as a full-time staff employee.
• Participated in development team for what became one the first cGxP compliant Filemaker Pro applications in the country (EMAC) which served as a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Supported and developed new modules for EMAC and its sister application, the EMAC Reporting module.
