Joined as 1st PM hire at Lightyear AI -- an early-stage B2B SaaS startup that is building a telecom operating system to help customers automate procurement and management of network connectivity (Internet, WAN, Voice, Colocation etc.)I focused on our core Quote-to-Procurement product, as well as driving ProductOps and Customer Experience initiatives. I drove material changes both internally and externally:I overhauled our Quote-to-Procure Product flow end-to-end, through UX strategy, Figma wireframing /prototyping, and scaling Quote Automation in collaboration with our sales team, cutting time-to-quote from days to hours, vastly increasing our quoting volume and customer conversion as an end result.I worked with our new ProductOps team to build out robust internal tooling, status tracking dashboards, and customer-facing installation centers, improving our ability to internally track concurrent network installations and creating more status visibility and transparency to our customers. Within our Engineering and Design teams, I instituted rapid prototyping-led approaches to product and engineering collaboration, resulting in agile, iterative approaches to how we designed and rolled out features across our platform, from PRD templates and task tracking, to design artifacts and usability testing.
