Managing a team of 7 direct members and 3 indirect members looking after all HR functions.

Assisting the Business Unit HR Manager in managing and handling all functions of Human Resources Department of HLG in Qatar consists of 2 companies; Al Habtoor Engineering Enterprises (Building) and Leighton Contracting Qatar (Infrastructure). HR functions handled include Development of HR Policies and Procedures, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relation, Work Force Planning, Development and Training, etc.
