- Promoting and supporting Madkour's HSE culture from within by leading the implementation of core HSE programs, policies, and initiatives.- Plan and conduct HSE related trainings based on Regulatory internal and external legal requirements as per project training matrix and other ad hoc trainings as and when required.- Monitor and evaluate the assigned projects/ site overall HSE performance to identify recurring problem; research, evaluate and recommend changes to technology, equipment, systems, or processes that will improve the HSE performance.- Coaching with respect to Risk Assessments, at-risk activities, unsafe conditions, and safety improvement opportunities and support their implementation to enable managers to effectively achieve EHS performance objectives.- Conduct regular verification and audit to ensure project sites conforms and adhere to international regulatory and in house legal requirement as well as client’s contractual requirement.
