- Supervises the preparation of the monthly crude supply plan (local /imported crude) for the 7 local refineries and coordinates the implementation of the plan between the concerned parties inside and outside EGPC.- Supervises the preparation of the import and export plan for crude oil and products and follows up on its implementation.- Supervises the preparation of the conditions for operations for tenders for the import and export of crude oil and products.- Supervises the preparation of import and export contracts for crude oil and products and follows up on their implementation.- Supervises the preparation of the coastal transport plan for petroleum products.- Supervises the preparation of studies related to improving the facilities for loading and unloading crude oil and products and follows up on their implementation.- Supervises studies on tanker delay fines to determine their causes and the party responsible for them and prepares proposals to avoid their causes.- Supervises studies related to leasing surplus transport capacity to others (pipelines and tankers).- Participates in reviewing the budgets and balance sheets of companies within his supervision.- Supervises continuous follow-up and preparation of periodic reports and positions (daily & weekly & monthly .....).- Attends conferences, seminars and specialized training courses and follows up on bulletins and the latest developments related to the field of work.- Participates in committees related to the field of work.- Supervises everything related to the accumulation of raw materials and products in all ports.- Supervises the implementation of transportation programs (lorries - railways - river Burges).- Supervises the development of railway operating programs in coordination with the Railway Authority and follows up on their implementation.- Supervises the development of coastal tankers operating programs.- Supervises the preparation of monthly and annual follow-up reports.
