Project: Jazan Economic City Infrastructure Utilities Package 7, Contract # 6600038364Core responsibilities are the following:• Prepared procurement plan and schedule complying with Saudi Aramco contract JEC P7• Procurement of materials complying with Saudi Aramco contract and standard specification• Technical study of scope of work, drawings and specifications as per contract• Working on 9COM- materials classification system that describe commodity or class of materials• Working on inspection levels as per Saudi Aramco Engineering Procedure (SAEP) for materials and equipment as required for contract• Preparing materials list and forecast lead-time of long lead items.• Working on request for quotations from regulated vendor list• Sourcing and supervision of approved vendors and manufacturers as per RVL• Ensured Saudi Aramco warranty requirement as per contract• Ensure compliance of the purchased equipment and materials with purchase order• Attend the regular and weekly procurement meetings with the Saudi Aramco’s Material Specialist.• Supervise activities of QC Vendor Inspectors in the main warehouse as well as the Vendor manufacturing facilities and aware with the NMR and Form 175• Prepare Two Week Look-ahead schedule and Weekly Fabrication Status Report.• Ensure the inspection and tests performed in compliance with approved ITP.• Deviation in inspection reports pointed out and that material is suitably marked and segregated.• Ensure the timely communication of the scheduled inspection / test to Inspection authority.• Ensure the proper selection of assigned inspectors against the relevant PO. • Review the purchase requisition to ensure that all quality and inspection requirements for the purchase materials are included in the requisition.

Essential responsibilities include:• Responsible for costing/estimation of LV/MV products (ANSI/IEC), including mainly Switchgear, Switchboards, Motor Control Center, Switch rack, Panel boards, Breakers, LTG, Disconnect Switches, Dry type transformers, VFDs, PLC, Motor starters, LEDs, Control switches and Relays considering complete protection and control scheme as Project specifications and drawings. • Responsible for technical and commercial queries received from clients. • Well familiar with Clients Saudi Aramco, SEC, SABIC, Ministries and Royal Commission Standard Specifications. • Interface co-ordination and holding frequent meetings with Clients and Consultants. • Provide technical assistance to customers and distributors as needed.• Prepare and presents bids and quotations to customers using company price and delivery guideline, and used sound business judgment to enhance margin. • Hands-on experience IEC standard products from Schneider, ABB & MITSUBISHI including Panelboards, Switchboards, Circuit breakers, VFDs, PLC, LTG, protection and control devices.• Worked on explosion proof Panelboards and accessories from Cooper Crouse Hinds USA.• Worked on Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) from ASCO and GE.• Offered protection and control relays/IED’s of different relays manufacturers SEL, GE, ALSTOM, ABB, Allen Bradley and SIEMENS for different protection and control applications as per Project requirements and technical specification.

• Managing Sub Division operations.• Site mobilization and executing electrical works. • Holding frequent meetings with electricity consumers for recovery and load management.• Closely monitoring of max demand and load management schedule.• Maintenance of Sub Division distribution systems and attending permanent faults on 11kV distribution feeders.• Executed permanent faults on transformers, VCBs, cables and CT/ PT in high voltage substations up to 132KV.• Worked on substation single line diagrams and protection schemes.
