Process Engineer
Current- Provide technical support to pipeline operation team- Prepare the work scopes for engineering jobs that related to my discipline. - Participate in preparation of bidding documents (ITB) for part related with my discipline. Participate in bids evaluations - Prepare materials requests. - Evaluate the offers & quotations technically and commercially.FULA FIELD CRUDE OIL EXPORT PIPELINE PROJECT (FFCEP): * Supervise construction activities of phase II project of (FFCEP). * Participate in commissioning of phase II project of (FFCEP). * Review as-built documents of (FFCEP). LINE PIPE SUPPLY FOR BLOCK 6 LIGHT CRUDE TIE-IN TO BV2 OF GNPOC PIPELINE PROJECT: * Participate in preparation of tender documents for supply of line pipe. * Lead the technical evaluation team of tender proposals of line pipe supply. * Participate in commercial evaluation of tender proposals of line pipe supply. * Lead factory inspection during manufacturing of line pipe. * Following and track transportation of line pipe from China to Sudan. ENGINEERING PROCUREMENT CONSTRUCTION & COMMISSIONING OF BLOCK 6 LIGHT CRUDE TIE-IN TO BV2 OF GNPOC PIPELINE: * Participate in preparation of tender documents for EPCC PROJECT. * Participate in preparation of tender documents. * Participate in technical & commercial evaluation of tender proposals. * Participate in review and generating of engineering documents (specifications, data sheets, drawings, engineering requisitions, material requisitions, document & data required, inspection & test plans, etc.) during course of detail engineering. * Participate in technical discussion with some vendors, suppliers. * Witness factory acceptance (FAT) test for heating medium skid. * Supervise ground transportation of heating medium skid from Khartoum to Ummadara (terminal station). * Supervise construction activities of pipeline. * Participate in pipeline duty pumps pre-commissioning.
