CurrentThis position spearheads Human Resource and Administration functions at PPIB. Contributes to development of PPIB’s business plans and directs development of HR strategies in alignment with the above.Oversees talent acquisition procedures by participating in identification, selection, and recruitment of best suited candidates; Implements compensation and benefits structures in alignment with HR strategic goals.Leads organizational development and learning initiatives to foster internal skills and capabilities; Directs performance management activities to monitor, reward, and improve employee performance in critical areas of focus.Reviews and implements HR policies and procedures as approved by Board of Directors (BoD). Ensures timely resolution of employee related disputes and grievances.Oversees provision of administration services to PPIB Divisions including facilities management, vehicles & transportation, procurement and inventory management. Manages public relations by crafting narratives and undertaking relation-building initiatives with external stakeholders.Supports Ministry of Energy Power Division (MoE) and Government Agencies in devising human capital strategies for the Energy Sector. These responsibilities are carried out with the objective to enable business strategies, facilitate growth and transformation, enhance organizational skills, expertise, leadership, and capabilities, maintain high-performing and capable business & support teams, deliver timely and smooth employee and administration services, ensure fairness and equity in all employment affairs, and promote human capital development within the limits of BoD/GoP Employment Laws, PPIB Act, HR & Admin Manuals, PPRA Regulations, and other policies, guidelines, or directives provided by the MD, BoD, or Overseeing Bodies.
