I have proven skills in cross-functional, cross-cultural and international Project Management of billion-NOK Business Development projects.I hold a MBA degree in General Management from INSEAD (Top of FT’s Global MBA ranking 2016, 2017 & 2021), and am also a sivilingeniør (equivalent to Master’s in Engineering) in Industrial Mathematics from NTNU. In addition, I have done an Executive Corporate Finance course (run in collaboration between NHH & NFF).I have gained profound insight into the Telecoms sector, Infrastructure & Tower sharing business and Corporate Finance field via one decade in Telenor Group. I have also acquired diverse experience through five years of Business consulting at PwC for clients in various industries, prior to this. I recently joined Yara international, where I continue to do Business & Portfolio Development and M&A in the Fertilizer and Crop Nutrition space.Other key responsibilities and activities include: Management/ Board recommendations, Subject Matter Expert roles, Financial Analysis & Valuation and Mergers & Acquisitions.I am a former Board member and Treasurer of INSEAD's Alumni Association in Norway.
