Project Coordinator
Current• Review project scope, implementation strategies, and resource allocation while analysing project risks and budgets.• Assist the PM/SDM team in preparing project briefs, organising milestones, and creating deliverable-based task lists using project management tools.• Provide administrative support by updating the CRM system with milestone /task completion status and billing information for a smooth transition.• Manage quite a big portfolio of jobs/work requests and small projects.• Communicate with clients to clarify project expectations/scope, timeline, and gather additional information required for successful project delivery.• Analyse, plan, organise, schedule, and implement job/project deliverables to ensure timely and budget-compliant outcomes.• Facilitate project resource allocation and coordinate with professional services and OPS teams utilising stakeholder engagement tools and methodologies.• Apply a systematic, structured and consistent approach to project execution.• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools, continuously monitoring and reporting project progress to internal and external stakeholders.• Record project issues, outcomes, and relevant information in the CRM system, supporting the finance team in resolving "COGS" (Cost of Goods Sold) issues.• Coordinate weekly team meetings and present a status report on projects and forecasted revenue using Traction Tools.• Collaborate with the PM team and internal stakeholders in daily catchups.• Create and update stakeholder engagement process documents, PM tools, and templates as the business evolves.• Participate in "Rock Setting" and manage one Rock every 90 days to contribute to professional development opportunities.
