I define the technical roadmap of the product in alignment with business objectives and lead multidisciplinary agile teams of software, hardware, systems, and quality assurance engineers to productize AI-enabled edge solutions. I oversee the design, development, and deployment of vertically integrated multi-spectral wide area airborne surveillance systems, specializing in real-time automated detection, recognition, tracking, and geolocation.Responsibilities:- Delivering complete solutions based on distributed AI-powered computer vision software, mission control system GUI, and various hardware payloads for manned and unmanned airborne platforms, with daily involvement in planning, design, and development.- Defining the product vision and roadmap, owning the product backlog, and driving iterative improvement through comprehensive qualitative-quantitative evaluation, technology insertion, and extensive engagement with mission operators and subject matter experts.- Collaborating with geographically dispersed customers, partner organizations, and field integration teams for ConOps development, requirements engineering, global deployment, and sustainment.

Accomplishments:‣ During my 9-year tenure, served as Product Lead for the last 6 years. Progressed from a software developer to this leadership role for the company's flagship product, showcasing technical excellence, strategic leadership, and strong people skills.‣ Successfully managed a multidisciplinary team to develop and deploy ViDAR™ solution as the world's first optical radar with the US coast guard, Royal Australian Navy, Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA), Boeing Insitu, PAL aerospace among others.‣ Demonstrated key capabilities as the technical lead for multiple defense (DIH-ADF, FCT-DoD) and non-government projects. Collaborated closely with program managers and stakeholders to support bid preparation, work breakdown structure, budgeting, and gate reviews, contributing to the successful accomplishment of project milestones and technical performance measurement.

Accomplishments:‣ Deployed the video stabilisation solutions in multiple generations of Samsung’s flagship Galaxy smart phones.‣ Promoted from Level-3 to Level-4 engineer.‣ Granted 2 US patents as the primary inventor.Responsibilities and Skills:‣ Object oriented software architecture design for real-time video processing in Android hardware abstraction layer.‣ Software development (C/C++/Assembly) and optimisation of computationally expensive image / video processing algorithms via task (multi-threading and process pipelining) and data level parallelisation (ARM Advanced SIMD).
