Lead and mange project team of 70 people to deploy the work of survey, design and construction concerning Telecom infrastructure building in the nationwide project named ERICSSON-EGSM in the capacity of authorized service supplier for client as ERICSSON VIETNAM Co., Ltd.• Successfully deliver 170 BTS sites built in 25 provinces of Vietnam to ERICSSON VIETNAM in accordance with required targets of time, quality and cost.• Lead and mange project team of 40 people to deploy the work of survey and design concerning Telecom infrastructure building in the nationwide project named HUAWEI-EGSM in the capacity of authorized service supplier for client as HUAWEI Co ., Ltd.• Successfully deliver survey and design work of 250 BTS sites to HUAWEI VIETNAM Co ., Ltd in accordance with required targets of time, quality and cost• Manage roll-out of design work in CAMBODIA Telecom projects for a start-up. Complete project targets within set timeframes. Scope of work includes setting department organization structure, recruitment, process and tracking tools, contract negotiations and material procurement, subcontractor's management, project follow-up

• Direct manage supervision work, control quality and push progress of BTS building in the South to meet requirements of General contractor/Nortel ( Nortel-HTC CDMA Project)• Prepare action reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing project information.• Responsible for the implementation of project by the means and manner of professional project management and in accordance to the defined project targets (time, quality, customer satisfaction...) under relevant guidelines.• Responsible for the planning and management of the CCU project organization, structure, competences, subcontractors, and in order to implement the project under approved budget• Implement risk analyses based on the tool set provided by Project management Board in order to ensure the defined reporting and release strategy as well as to manage proactively project risks.
