Supervised rollout of Metro-North Railroad Positive Train Control system deployment. Expedited wayside software configuration and system integration. Program manager for several full-scale testing programs, including Northrop-Grumman E-2D Hawkeye. Mitigated risk, managed resources, and expedited scheduling utilizing waterfall project management techniques.

Responsible for all sales related activities in the Eastern United States. Manage local agency representation, coordinate projects across state and international borders, and negotiate commercial contracts. Build relationships with current and potential customers and solve all technical issues.

Designed and manufactured unique industrial process valves to ASME/EN standards and customer required specifications. Calculated actuator sizes, constructed bills of materials, and drafted customer layout and production drawings all while ensuring and maintaining manufacturability. Verified designs through the extensive use of CFD and FEA. Required the everyday use of SolidWorks, AutoCAD and Mathcad.

Managed and supervised the manufacture of industrial process valves. Scheduled manufacturing processes to meet customer deadlines. Analyzed customer specifications to ensure all manufacturing requirements would be fulfilled. Procured all critical and non-standard materials for assigned projects. Training included three month rotation at company headquarters in Eppstein, Germany.
