Clinical Training Coordinator Iii
Current- Acts as a liaison between Tandem clinical employees, TPT, CC, HCP and Patient/Customer (as necessary) to initiate/coordinate Tandem pump training.- As a subject matter expert on the Clinical Training Coordinator II role, they will be the point of contact for job knowledge assistance.- Mentor to Clinical Training Coordinator IIs who are looking to build their CTC skill set and are looking for extra support to become more proficient in role.- Coordinates and completes shadowing sessions with Tandem employees in other departments who are interested in the Clinical Support department.- Works with Clinical Support Management team to provide feedback on current processes as well as assist with development and testing of new processes.- Documents all activities concerning patient and trainers in CRM to maintain the most currentinformation for enhanced communication throughout the organization.- Assists Tandem clinical employees with requesting “Pump Start Orders” (dosing/settings) from the patient’s HCP and follows up with the HCP’s office to ensure completed form is received prior to training.- Confirms completion of required training plan before assuming job responsibilities.- Ensures compliance with company policies, including Privacy/HIPAA, and other legal andregulatory requirements.- Keeps records updated in the customer relationship management software (CRM) for alltraining related updates, including uploading all training documentation from the Tandemclinical employees, TPT or CC (via mail, email, or fax) into the correct Patient CRM record afterit has been reviewed and confirmed that the documentation is complete.- Provides administrative support for the management of field pump trainers (TPTs and CC).- Communicates with TPT to notify of credentialing needs.- Receives training documentation & invoices from TPT/CC, audits documentation as required to initiate payment processing and monitors/tracks completed payments.
