I've worked in the analytics space as both an individual contributor and a leader. As an analyst, I enjoyed helping clients develop data-driven solutions to their problems. I enjoyed helping a group of clients dig to the core questions they were trying to ask, then helping them determine what type of analysis would provide an answer to their question. As a leader, I love helping employees develop, both inside and outside their roles; I'm especially passionate about helping employees take themselves from good to great.
