Private, public, and social organizations approach our team with a problem. I then evaluate and dissect the components of the problem and offer a solution through observing, listening, and drawing insight. Through observation, I identify emerging trends and current trends. I draw out the organization’s competitive landscape. Then I listen and lend into my curiosity. After collecting desk research, I question stakeholders and dive into their experience and knowledge base through interviews. I derive patterns from both my secondary and primary research. Then I illustrate with my team design strategy workshops to devise a solution. From there, we ideate on either a wireframe for a website, a strategic plan, or the best-suited deliverable until a solution is finalized. Diving deeper into the details and underlying questions. It brings me peace. With my background in design (photographing, illustrating, and front-end development), I am better at realizing solutions and calling attention to the unnoticed.
