I was part of the UK's largest national charity throughout the global pandemic, providing grants for families raising disabled or seriously ill children. The charity played an essential role helping those most in need throughout the UK, providing assistance and support at such an unprecedented and challenging time.- Processed applications based on eligibility and awarding criteria, meanwhile resolving queries at a fast pace and with accuracy in order to meet targets.- Responsible for outbound and inbound calls, liaising with families, social workers and retailers to discuss applications and requests. Due to the sensitive nature it was crucial I handled these with empathy, care and respect.
