Support and maintain the central Product Stewardship database system.•Provide technical support for global chemical control law compliance by determining chemical inventory classifications and working with the regulatory compliance team.•Oversee and maintain procedures and policies for the day to day operations of the Hazard Communication,•Oversight of certifications/representations/FAR/DFARs•Identify laws and regulations that impact the organization's policies and operations with respect to hazard communication. •Assist in the implementation to drive common processes across all business units where applicable so automated systems can be used for administration.•Coordinate and participate on regional/global governance councils with the Commerce Control Team to ensure cross regional trade is in compliance, including compliance relationship with HazCom.

•Manage Hazard Communication Specialists and Raw Material Specialists for the region.•Support Cytec businesses by conducting hazard (health, physical, and environmental) and regulatory assessments for Cytec materials on a world-wide basis. •Responsible for classifying products in accordance with world-wide regulations including transportation of Dangerous Goods (e.g., DOT, ADR, IMO, IATA), labeling (e.g., GHS, OSHA, EU, WHMIS and Australia), Harmonized tariffs as well as other local classifications such as SARA 313, NFPA, Japanese Fire Service Law, etc.•Export Classification assign Export Control Numbers (ECCN) and Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS, Schedule B, Category Classification/USML) based upon the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and U.S. Customs Regulations.•Provide technical expertise and support to Cytec personnel and customers in the areas of hazard and global regulatory requirements for Cytec products, R&D/TS&D samples and purchased raw materials. Participate in the development of company procedures and standards and provide training and expertise to internal customers.•Promote the safe and responsible use of Cytec products by preparing Cytec Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and product regulatory labeling in over 35 formats and 28 languages.
