I am currently the financial manager at the Dover Ohio location for Zimmer Biomet. Working with Zimmer has been a growth opportunity. I have been involved in many special projects as well as maintaining all the daily, weekly and monthly financial duties. I have a lot of cost accounting experience associated with my manufacturing background. I take pride in the fact that my accounting team has gained the confidence and trust of senior management. We deliver accurate and timely financial information. In addition to the monthly closing process, I am over the budgeting, projections and weekly forecasting. We like to stay in front of issues and be proactive instead of reactive. I consider myself strategic and help push the company in the right direction.
