Ensure that allpolicy documentation is complete, accurate, and complies with company policy.Establish, maintain, update files, database, records and other documents for recurring Internal reports.Act as a liaison between the policy holder and insurance agent

Payment posting, perform property tax research to obtain property tax information. Customer service, handle escalated calls/emails from clients and tax collectors.Research tax information. Handle routine and intermediate verbal and written customer service to answer questions and resolve issues with taxing authorities.Procure property and collector data for database maintenance activities.Perform basic clerical duties such as copying, scanning, and filing of property tax and other information. Assist with payment mail outs as assigned.Maintain an average production tax certificate/redemption completion rate of 30 a day.Other various duties as assigned Clients include Celink Reverse Mortgage, VendorResource Management (VRM), American Advisors Group (AAG) and Liberty.
