Although we might experience similar life changes, such as becoming a new parent or years later becoming an empty nester, our individual experiences of that change are unique and benefit from a personal plan to navigate the transition. I provided coaching and consultations for families with children birth to five. Coordinated, planned, and facilitated parent education programs such as Incredible Years, Positive Discipline, Motheread, Fatheread, and Incredible Years Baby. I was recognized as the first Certified Incredible Years Facilitator in North Carolina and received the Making a Difference for Families Award. I participated in grant writing and budgeting for the programs.
