In order to guarantee software quality in production environments, I addressed client concerns that had resulted in very low participation in previous Beta programs by implementing a program that allows them to test in virtual environments. I also implemented a new Advance Release program to ensure quality in clients’ production environments. I used Zoom to interview clients in order to better understand the problems that are unique to small and midsized law firms.Co-authored and co-presented "Start/Stop/Keep - Assessing Covid-Driven Behavior Changes for Long-Term Success" for New York City Bar Association.Introduced products for the North American market with the staff of one product manager and three quality assurance analysts.
