• Supported preparation of daily cash movement and cash availability Excel templates needed for settlement of USAA Mutual Fund positions. This process allowed portfolio managers to actively manage specific USAA mutual funds.• Responsible for brokerage Cross Business Partners (XBP) journal settlements and reconciliating between National Financial Systems (NFS) and funds transfer cash movements. Served as the liaison for the omnibus accounts including FDIC daily accounting settlement for entries between the Federal Savings Bank (FSB) and National Financial Services. • Daily margin & trading duties include risk mitigation of Reg T regulations and strong understanding of the USAA Margin Policy. Analyzed margin calls, pattern day-traders, conducted firm liquidations and reconciling all brokerage debit balance accounts. Responsible for Integrated Cashiering Platform (ICP) approvals which includes validating and auditing all money movement requests from different areas of investments.
