Manage over $500MM commercial real estate portfolio comprised of debt and equity assets across the US. Portfolio includes office, retail, land, industrial, self-storage and multi-family assets. Focus primarily on troubled debt management/restructuring and REO repositioning and disposition. Ensure and maintain borrower compliance in accordance with loan documents. Review and monitor monthly operations; analyzing financial statements, budgets, and annual business plans. Complete real estate valuations (Argus) and track performance metrics. Negotiate and analyze lease transactions to ensure value creation and maximum gain opportunities. Hire third party professionals to execute upon value enhancement strategies, capital projects, leasing and disposition objectives. Work collaboratively with originators, underwriters, borrowers, brokers, property managers and legal counsel to enforce loan documents, restructures, foreclosures, value enhancement strategies, leasing and disposition objectives.

Assisted in the asset management of 105 properties, $690MM portfolio of debt and equity assets secured by multifamily, office, industrial, self-storage, student housing and retail properties. Served as the Director of the Analyst Team coordinating activities and responsibilities of 4 member analyst team. Analyzed operating statements and rent rolls tracking property performance metrics and loan hurdle analysis. Assisted asset management is closing over 1MM SF of new leasing activity generating over $11.8MM of revenue. Preformed continuous portfolio analysis for asset management, ensuring metrics were met for ~$720MM NEA's with over $52MM in NOI, maintained system data input and system compliance. Prepared monthly reporting and quarterly portfolio review for presentation to senior leadership.

Analyzed and completed operational draw fundings for affordable housing, tax credit, hotels, MHP, multifamily, office and retail assets. Led two separate draw transitional projects associated with new business acquisitions. Ensured compliance with GERE draw procedures to facilitate timely and accurate draw fundings. Maintained database accounting system to track all draw fundings and compliance with budgets. Coordinated draw activity/fundings with participant/lead banks, and title escrow officers. Reviewed and analyzed loan documents, modifications, title policies, closing statements, credit committee requests, leases, engineering reports and draw invoices/lien waiver documentation.
