  As a Recruiter at DTE Energy, I have many responsibilities, which include:Develop and maintain strong working relationships with leaders, vendors, community organizations, and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility.Develop and maintain key relationships with outside Recruiters, internal and external candidates and with professional organizations and other sources of applicant referral.
