As Managing Director of Innovative Learning Solutions I am responsible for driving innovation and excellence in learning and development. I oversee a team of talented consultants. managers, instructional designers, eLearning specialists, and instructional specialists. As a Director at EDSI Consulting I oversee the training and curriculum development for both government and for profit organizations. I currently manage full and part time staff as well as a team of sub contractors. I am responsible for ensuring that the design and delivery of all professional development exceeds the customer's vision, is pedagogically sound, and is of the highest quality. I design e-learning, hybrid, and in-person professional development and have experience with Blackboard as an LMS platform. I have successfully designed the program for a yearly statewide professional development conference for over 400 professionals with over 40 unique workshop offerings. I am also responsible for overseeing the instructional design of year long-cohort style trainings and one-day workshops. I have extensive experience designing and administering evaluations and surveys, and am currently developing a comprehensive teacher effectiveness program. In addition to this experience, I have over 10 years delivering a customizable series of train-the-trainer courses to various organizations across the nation. Currently, I am consulting with New York City's Human Resource Administration to improve training curriculum and delivery, providing executive coaching and organizational change management services to private organizations, overseeing the development of industry specific pre-employment boot camps, and speaking at conferences and other engagements on a variety of topics.
