Sr. Account Manager
CurrentClient-facing account services manager responsible for client relationship and achievement of business objectives through delivery of business loyalty programs.* Serve as the key client contact for development of business loyalty programs, including employee engagement and channel sales initiatives* Oversee internal teams and vendors to ensure adherence to program timelines, budgets and program objectives* Understand clients' business objectives, distribution channels and competitive environment* Recognize clients' business challenges and develop strategic solutions, including new approaches to program rules structure, communications, systems and reporting* Develop program agreements/contracts including Statements of Work and Master Service Agreements* Evaluate program effectiveness, provide client program reviews and establish ongoing program objectives to ensure continuous performance improvement* Keep abreast of business loyalty trends and best practices
