As a kindergarten teacher, I collaborate with my colleagues to deliver consistent curriculum instruction. I progress monitor my students every three weeks to assess their literacy skills and use the data to inform my instruction. I provide a nurturing and responsive environment for my students to feel safe while learning through play and hands-on exploration.
