About Kimberly Kelley

My career focus is centered around learning and engagement. While in the hospitality industry, I quickly discovered the key to success was employee engagement. With a deliberate focus on training, accountability and trust, I was able to increase check averages by 31% and reduce turnover by 50%. I instinctively focused on performance and employee engagement. This ability has guided my career. My interest in technology led me to an instructional designer role from 2008 – 2012. This experience gives me insight into various learning solutions and effective ways to measure their success. I quickly became known for my innovative, cost-effective solutions. My strategic consultant skills drove me to the Performance Consultant role at ADP where consulting and developing learning solutions was my focus. In 2017 my role shifted and I became known as "Coach K". I led a corporate on-boarding program which brought in over 1800 new employees. I was responsible for coordinating training, building role specific plans, success reporting, facilitation of orientation and feedback sessions. In March of 2018, I calculated I had personally coached over 500 people with an attrition rate of less than 5%. My performance granted me a leadership role in training new coaches. Inclusive leadership and a natural ability to engage wherever I work is what I am known for. Experience with managing projects, designing learning programs and training facilitators makes me a qualified candidate for a leadership role in a learning organization. Diversity in thought is mandatory to my success and satisfaction. I must work for a company that values different perspectives and questioning the status quo.
