This role helps drive the company’s strong learning culture, engages employees, and builds brave leaders. A key partner with other teams, this role improves effectiveness of current and future learning solutions. Keeping apprised of industry trends, with the goal of bringing innovative, best in class solutions to Businessolver. This leadership role is a key member of the Transformation organization, collaborating with GOAT, AnswerBar, and Product to identify proactively where training and development is necessary to fill knowledge gaps and increase performance of Solvers across the company. Lastly, this role would be key in measuring learning outcomes by obtaining measurable results and benchmarks against KPIs. Essential Duties Include: •Driving effective learning programs from initiation through to rollout. Analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning programs to support goals and initiatives. •Develop collaborative relationships, functions as an expert in L&D, working with cross-functional teams to define business problems •Deliver courageous leadership training•Standardize, simplify, and improve effectiveness of learning. •Develops consistent approaches for needs assessment, content development, identifies tools for best-in-class solutions, tracks and maintains budgets, and benchmarks against KPIs. •Obtain measurable results to support the decision-making process regarding the effectiveness of learning courses and programs, using both qualitative and quantitative methods to demonstrate the value, manage, and improve offerings. •Ensure all curriculum is tracked and maintained in the LMS •Assist with the management of a portfolio of learning projects to ensure high-quality deliverables are produced with time and cost constraints.
