In the pursuit of excellence.I strive for the very best, always have.At Dancing Water our team of specialist talent produce a bespoke selection of wine, that is very, very special.The Dancing Water Vineyard is home to some of New Zealand’s earliest planted, living Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vines. Carefully selected and planted over thirty years ago, the founders’ passion was for creating distinctive wines with individuality and character.2017 saw my opportunity to be part of this wonderful legacy.Like an old painting in need of restoration, the neglected old vines needed attention layer by layer.The more work we did, the more Dancing Water revealed, our labors of our love have been rewarded with incredible potential.In 2020 we proudly released our very own single vineyard 2019 Pinot Noir and Chardonnay alongside our 2020 Pinot Noir Rosé and barrel fermented Sauvignon Blanc.These are exciting times, our team are close, we leverage strengths gained across a diverse mix of careers to deliver an exceptional wine experience that challenges at the highest level.
