Provide marketing and graphic design assistance.

Responsibilities included developing and maintaining marketing information systems for the procurement of new work, brand alignment, and client relationship management. Primary responsibilities included coordinating responses to proposals and presentations including recording, editing, designing and writing content. Also wrote content for brochures, cover letters, press releases, and all other public relations material. Distributed all press releases and corporate award submissions as well as maintained and updated the organization's website and all social media.

Developed and distributed internal communications that improved information sharing among more than 400 employees in a web-based environment. Coordinated overall design, structure, maintenance, and editing of internal web pages to ensure effective content generation. Internal and external production of all collateral materials used throughout a four-state region (Iowa, Minnesota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin) through desktop publishing including layout, design, and editing for departments and states. Coordinated all print buying and print production, including concept design, final layout, bidding out to vendors, and press checks.

Served as the managing editor of the Society’s monthly newsletter.
