In late 2010 I began building this aerospace division for a Staffing Company. This Aviation & Aerospace Professional Staffing division was developed from the ground floor and grew 150% within a few months.

C.S.P. Certified Staffing Professional designation from the American Staffing Association. My oversight for the business was the Aviation Staffing branch. Besides executive search, technical and professional contract staffing and temporary staffing services, the company also provided software and engineering solutions as well as architecture and drafting services.
