My latest experience is a position of Product Manager at Packhelp, one of the fastest-growing startups in Central Europe. I started from an entry level and within less than two years I worked my way up to regular Product Manager. I was responsible for managing several products:- application for custom packaging price estimations used by internal teams (Sales, Production, Estimation) and Packhelp's suppliers - API for automatic estimations used to show prices to the customers on a Packhelp's website - new application for price estimations used internally and as a SaaS product for external customers which I delivered from scratch Main responsibilities:- Led the discovery efforts aimed at optimising and automating internal processes of the sales, production, and logistics teams- Developed comprehensive product specifications for new initiatives, outlining the target user segment, problem statement and desired outcomes- Led feature releases, defined priorities and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities - Engaged in enhancing the team’s workflow by leading kick-off and demo meetings- Conducted event storming sessions and user interviews to identify problems and opportunities worth pursuing- Used SQL, FullStory, Amplitude, Datadog, PowerBi reports to track and analyse product metrics- Collaborating closely with designer and dev teams (both internal and external) to deliver top-notch solutions- Performed quarterly planning and prioritisation and created a product roadmap

The next step in my career was becoming a Web Developer. I was working in a small software house often without the support of a Product or Project Manager so I had the opportunity to learn the skills needed for these roles along with my responsibilities of a software developer.
