With over 17 years of C-level executive leadership experience in the health and wellness industry, I am the President of The Virtual Formula, a start-up company that creates a wide-range of nutritional supplement products. I am passionate about creating products and services that improve the health and well-being of our customers. With public, private, and start-up experience, I have a strong background in all facets of making a company successful including R&D, science, formulations, metabolic testing, financial structure and management, operations integration and management, compliance and regulatory, sales and marketing, and all forms of information technology including product development, I was the CEO of Link Biosciences as well as COO and CFO GeneLink Biosciences, Inc,, both biotechnology companies specializing in personalized nutrition and skin care based off a person's DNA. During this 17-year period, I integrated, managed, or created 4 manufacturing facilities and 5 genetic testing facilities. Prior to entering the health and wellness field, I spent 9 years at Tempur-Pedic running global IT helping the company grow from $17MM to $1B. Prior to Tempur, I spent 6 years in charge of budgets for the American Water System where I automated their budgeting system using technology.
