I can't bench press eighty pounds, or sing, or code much further than a sophomore in college. What I can do is:- Ask users good questions to understand what are their pains with their current tools and workflow, and listen to their stories - Decide which user problems are the most valuable to solve, and fully describe them to the scrum team to figure out the best solution together- Respect the creative designers, engineers, and worldbuilders- Keep stakeholders updated on team progress and road blocksThis works to develop a product, a company, or a brand. Product Management is the process to incubate ideas and connect the right people to solve the right problems. Product Marketing is telling people the latest great solution my team built. Is there a better field out there? I haven't found it yet...Professional Experience: Product Management, Market Research, Usability Studies, Agile Development, Mobile/Desktop/Web UX Differences, Working in China, Marketing Messages, Prototyping with Adobe XDInterests: Code Switching for Different Audiences, Learning, Agricola, Making Things Happen, User Experience, Estimating Incremental Revenue, Turning Research in ProductsIndustries: Retail, Hospitality, Automotive, Security, Packaging http://thinkingwritedo.blogspot.com/
