As a Technical Recruiter I am responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, follow up’s, offers, onboarding, status reporting, closing the deals for the company.Full life cycle recruiting for IT/Healthcare/Banking positions including contract, contract to hire positions for various companies all over the USA Conducted candidate phone interviews, cold calling, screening, scheduling, negotiating pay, /salary trends, helping them prepare for interviews prior to meeting with end clients or hiring managers, etc.Increased referral base and managed to submit at least 2-3 candidates on every job requirement within 48-72 hours after being assigned as primary on a job requirement, some within 24 hours.I was assigned an average of 3-4 new positions every week and managed to submit an average of 12 candidates every week.Experience in talking with numerous people on a daily basis to answer their concerns as well as making sure they meet all the required guidelines and complete all formal procedures and paperwork before we can forward our candidate to the hiring managers in order to be reviewed.
