My role at FC is to help our customers bring their products to market through innovative online tools and services.To do this we use a number of techniques and services. They include Search Engine Optimization, Analytics, Pay Per Click Advertising, Social Media, and many others.We are always looking for new ways to help our customers with their online marketing needs - love to hear your ideas!

As a relationship manager in the PayCycle Key Accounts group, I manage our accounting software partners.

As a Product Manager at PayCycle I perform the followign tasks:- Manage the discovery of new features for deployment on Partner product offering- Ensure contract compliance to feature parity between PayCycle and Partner products- Manage the integration of PayCycle OEM offering at Partner site- Conduct survey of Partner customers to determine customer satisfaction- Create all product documentation related to new and existing features

Directed all aspects of product management for OnTour™ and BitPal™ including initial concepts, partner identification, deal negotiation, requirements analysis, marketing plans, launch plans and scope documentation. Currently marketing BitPal through Lexar’s Power-to-Go USB drives. Created all financial models to evaluate market potential.Sold OnTour to PassAlong Networks in August 2005. Created and maintained product roadmap, market requirements, launch plans and scope documentation for future releases of OnTour software. All documentation was delivered on time and on budget. Established affiliate programs, recruited and negotiated deal terms with ticket resale partners.Created and executed new member recruitment plans for The Internet Home Alliance.
