I worked here at U S Realty, Inc. straight out of licensing school in September of 2002 upon passing my State and National Board Real Estate Salesperson License test. Then within the required 3 years tenure as a salesperson before you can become a broker in Virginia, I went back to school to study for and take my State and National Board's Brokers License. After obtaining my brokers license I was put in place as a Supervising Broker at one of the U S Realty branch offices. Then within the required 3 years tenure as a salesperson before you can become a broker in Virginia, I went back to school to study for and take my State and National Board's Brokers License. After obtaining my brokers license I was put in place as a Supervising Broker at one of the U S Realty branch offices. Then after my tenure there I was asked to assume the Principal Broker position over the whole firm which consisted of 4 branches at that time. I did this loyally for about 2 years. Around the end of 2007 I took a personal break from managing for approx. 6 months for family reasons after which time I was asked to assume another position in our company less demanding of my time than the Principal Broker's duties as it's Managing Broker at the Skipwith Rd. branch. This is what I am currently doing and I gladly try to help the 16 agents (and some newer recruits too) in this smaller branch to succeed in their careers, along with prospecting for and closing my own personal production of real estate transactions. Because of our current economic climate I am very interested in working with "buyers". There has never been a better time to buy a house than now due to the tremendous inventory that buyers can pick from, the "low" interest rates that banks are offering to stimulate this economy and the terrific $8,000 credit a 1st time buyer can claim as a credit back on there tax return if they buy a home during the limited window of oppurtunity that exist on this encentive.
